The Pre-Referral Intervention Manual-Fourth Edition CD-ROM is a Windows®-compatible product designed to be used in conjunction with the Pre-Referral Intervention Manual-Fourth Edition. It provides the user with three report options, the ability to maintain individual student reports, and the ability to print appendix pages.

• Pre-Referral Documentation Form is a report of intervention strategies to be implemented for a student prior to any formal assessment.
  
  
• Intervention Strategies Documentation Form provides a report of chosen intervention strategies and dates of implementation. The implementer indicates which intervention strategies have been successful/unsuccessful for each behavior.
  
  
• Functional Behavior Assessment documents each area of the functional behavior assessment process including antecedents and intervention strategies for each selected behavior. PRIM-4 users can provide goals and objectives for the student.

SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS

• Windows®-compatible intervention manual computer programs require a pentium processor computer (P2 or newer recommended), 30 MB of drive space, 32-64 MB of free RAM, Windows® 98 or newer, and a 2X CD-ROM drive.
