You may return any product you are not completely satisfied with to Hawthorne Educational Services, Inc., within 30 days of receipt. Prior authorization must be obtained from the Customer Service Department for all returns. The return must be accompanied by a packing slip and be in unmarked, unused, and salable condition to receive full refund or credit. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A 10% restocking fee will be charged on all returns.

The return policy does not apply to software that has been opened or packages of rating forms that have been opened. Opened software packages and/or packages of forms cannot be returned.

This return policy does not apply to bookstore orders and other resellers. Bookstores/resellers must prepay all orders plus applicable shipping/handling charges. All bookstore/reseller orders will be processed on a non-returnable basis.

RATING FORMS:
It is always permissible to photocopy completed rating forms as a means of sharing information about a student with parents, teachers, and or physicians, or to keep a copy in the student's file.

We will not grant permission to copy and handout any other information from the scales. The material is copyright protected.

INTERVENTION MANUALS:
While it is not permissible to reproduce pages of our intervention manuals for distribution, Appendix/Forms pages are designed to be reproduced and may be copied.

Our intervention manuals are available on CD-ROM and are Windows®-compatible products that provide printouts of interventions chosen for each student’s specific behavior problems for the development of the student’s IEP. It is an excellent way to share various intervention strategies with your teachers.
