You may return any product you are not completely satisfied with to Hawthorne Educational Services, Inc., within 30 days of receipt. Prior authorization must be obtained from the Customer Service Department for all returns. The return must be accompanied by a packing slip and be in unmarked, unused, and salable condition to receive a refund or credit. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A 10% restocking fee will be charged on all returns.
The return policy does not apply to software that has been opened, software that has been downloaded, or packages of rating forms that have been opened. Opened software, downloaded software, and/or packages of forms cannot be returned.
This return policy does not apply to bookstore orders and other resellers. Bookstores/resellers must prepay all orders plus applicable shipping/handling charges. All bookstore/reseller orders will be processed on a non-returnable basis.
